TEAM PC

We finally passed Carly's HP last weekend and we now have a new greater challenge...a company most of us HATE and want nothing more to do then give them a big :FU:

AOL R.I.P.

Get ready for a war folks! They are about 30 teams ahead of us so we got to load up and pump those results!!

Let's Roll!!!!

I'm actually using AOL

But I'm really not fond of them, it's a financial thing. I phoned NTL (cable network suppliers) yesterday, and their cable stuff is installed in all areas surrounding me, but it ain't frickin' got here yet! :cryol:

For any UK guys who know this area, network is installed in Bexleyheath and Lewisham. I'm in the middle. Damn, it's frustrating.

Soon come, me hope, soon come. Then AOL can fek off.

Let's go for it! I'd like nothing better than to fly by them :D

Ya know, we are doing bloody excellent for such a small team - yay!

I have my UDs running, AOL will not know what hit them. We are going to creep up on them and do a swift Ninja kick in the balls. :jaw drop:

AOL, cracks my knuckles........whips out my wallet.......hello new egg, where in the freakin hell are my new processors :D
time to burn up the ranks again.

FBS I feel your pain. I almost got stuck with them, but there was this little shack that offered a dial-up service in the sticks, $12.oo a month unlimited and I loved it.

You're DEAD, BURIED, AND ROTTING.....DIE, DIE, DIE, please :)

Bad news guys....

I have lost my home connection to the dreaded "NTL isn't renewing IP leases" bug which takes out 4 of my UD systems and Monday 19th sees my employers network going out while we migrate connections to an E1. At best I'd say we could hope that all machines are crunching for the outage and only need the network to upload/download when its back on. Too late at home though, all four systems were sat begging for work when I crawled out of my bed this morning at 0700 UTC. I have had to come into the office just to post this note.

Worst case is that 20 (ish) PCs will be sat idle for the best part of 8 hours tomorrow and thats not good.

Sorry guys :sorry: and I was having so much fun too!

More news as it comes and if someone knows the guys at the Nottingham NTL can they get them to fix the DHCP problem PDQ.

Cheers for now.

Ciao~

IA: It's GOT to be them bible folks. No offence anybody, but there's something quirkily satisfactory about a team of female undergarment pursuers zooming past some bible-thumpers :)
