Problem saving picture files

Whenever I try and save a picture file, either off the web or using Paint Shop Pro the app I'm doing it from crashes and the pic doesnt get saved, what gives ?

hmmm..where are you trying to save it to??
is it within the program that you're running??
try creating a new folder elsewhere and save to there..

that's a weird one for sure..
keep us up to date on your progress with it..

not sure why this whole thing happened but it doesnt appear to be happening anymore. I think I might have re-booted since the last time I tried (altho I'm not too sure on that one)
