View Full Version : Slow videocard - 3D Prophet/Geoforce 2 MX

Hi,

Does anybody know how to enable fast write for my videocard (3D Prophet/Geoforce 2 MX) on a K7T
Pro-2A motherboard? I can't find a setting for it in the bios (version 2.90). My videocard seems to
be way to slow (benchmark around 1500 on 3D mark 2001). I downloaded the latest Guillemot drivers...
no change.. the latest nvidia drivers made not any change either.. Would enabling fast writing help?
Are there other suggestions?

OS: Window 98 SE AMD Athlon 1000MHz 200 FSB MSI K7T Pro-2A - 256MB PC133 RAM - 30GB HDD Detonator
drivers 3 v12.41

slow ??? i think a score of 1500 with a mx and a Athlon1000 should fit ! the mx-cards are cheap and
for this price ok. BUT THEY ARE NO REALY FAST GRAPHICACCELERATORS !!!
