Oh great looks like Mr. Bush is on a roll (very much sarcastic). What's trying to do, bomb somebody to smash potatos so he can get military contracts going?

Bro, GWB aint empire building here....
He's finishing what CLinton never had the balls, or the gumption to deal with, nor his Dad, who was more worried about world opinion. Riddng the world of a leader who wants to be the next hitler, and has NO problem using genocide to do it.
Usama is the same vile shitwad. Do u remember what Olliver North told the congress during his testimony??
They asked him why he (Ollie North) thought 60,000.00 was not "unreasonable" for a home security system. He said, "My family has been threatened by terrorist's"
Congress asked, "Who can threatned you here?", to which Ollie North answered "Usama Bin Laden. In my opinion, he is one of the most dangerous men alive, whose only goal is to kill every american alive".
Am, have you ever read the "Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" ??
It's a very long book, but very revealing. What the message here is, that simply 'leaving these people to their own', results in a day where the entire world must respond, and at great suffering, and loss of life, and property.
Japan would have invaded California in 1941, had they not had honor, and felt that Perl harbor was a despicable attack, as they had not delivered their proclimation on time. Think about that. What would that have meant? We had NO defenses then.
These men (Usama, Sadamm) have less honor than hitler. Sadamm's life goal is to be larger than hitler. He has studied Hitler's ways his entire life.
I say that all who would threaten free people, end up as the dust on the road that freedom traverses.

Yup, finish him off. Shouldda done it around 'Desert Storm' time, shame the job weren't finished. Whatever it takes, and I'm no big fan of Bush, but I figure he's on track with this one.
You'd never believe from the tone of a lot of my posts here, but I'm not actually a rabid right-winger. Quite the opposite in fact. But I do understand common sense.

Yup, fbs, I'll attest to that on your behalf. But I Am the hawk, not a rabid -right winger, but after 9/11, I will not hesitate to eliminate all threats to our way of life. But, tempr my statement with this, we should never take life, unless it's IS the only means available.
Sadamm could make bush out a liar easily, but hides behind his soverign rights, and refuses to let the 'inspectors' (not solders) prove his innocence to the world...This can mean only one thing, and I'm not a fan of seeing what happen to the kurds, happen in ANY place.
World leaders, dictators, right down to you and I must live with the consequenses of our decisions. Step on the autobahn at night in a blackout suit, become sushi for the ants....

Tis true folks - old Flopps is a bit of a "leftie" at heart, but he also has a bit "middle" and as you see above, a dose of "rightie".
Actually Flop is a bit of an all round good egg :)

Tech: hang on a minute, I'll just open the window to let my swelling head have some room :D Nice words, bruv :)
Bits: What you said, I understand & agree. If ever there were any vestige of woolly liberal left in me, the events of 11/09 battered them out of me.
Sometimes action that has to be taken is unpleasant but if it's for the greater good, so be it. You ever see that scene in the movie 'War Of The Worlds' where the priest approaches the invaders in peace and gets zapped to bits?
That's the way it is.
Saddam - The Kurds. Mussolini - The Ethiopians. And countless other examples. These 'people' have to be taken out.
And, btw, I wasn't implying you were a 'rabid right winger' at all ;) I'm just surprised at the tone, although heartfelt, of some of my recent posts. I look at some and think 'Did I really say that?' Yup, I did. And meant it.

No bruv fbs, I shouldn't have inferred you meant I was a rabid right-winger. I just know that underneath, I AM!! :instant:
I just temper my tectonic blood with the scottish blood running in my veins....
:wtf:
AS to the Kurddish people, I was referring to what Sadamm did to them at the end of Gulf Storm...gassed whole villages to death, women and children, babies in ther mothers arms, and the wonderful american media was completely adept at bringing that scene to my tele.
Reminded me of the concentration camps my dad has told me stores about when they found them towards the end of WWII.

Bits: I hear what you're saying about the devil (bin laden) and his brother (sadam). Sure I want the bastard hang or lynch, but in the process wouldn't we kill more innocent people than the rat bastards who created the messing? Do you see what a war against certain race or culture brings about in American? Racist rat bastards who thinks they're doing the people a favor by trashing the unfortunates who look like Arabs. If Mr. Bush wants to kill Sadam, please send in the special forces in discree, 'cause I sure hell don't want them rookie pilots bombing the hospitals, the relief warehouses, and American soldiers.

And they WILL prob send in SF to get the job done, it's just we won't know anyting about it, until the miniseries comes out!
Hehe - I hadda bring this one back up from the depths - very apropos, don't you think?

no, I dont think so, sd2. Just that he preferred stalin's success to Hitlers.
After all, stalin topped hitler in total Kills.
Still, his country crumbled. Go Figgure..
