Protect Outlook 2000/2002

Some lovely bloke has come up with a way of disabling HTML in Outlook, this simple addin prevents malicous HTML scripting from doing nasty things to you.

Nice find CAT, but the best way to avoid any issues with Outlook is to uninstall it. :D

AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DISABLE PREVIEW PANE

in any email program, If you do not follow this good advice be prepared to get a virus ... it may just save your bacon. ;)

In OE go to …
View/layout and un-tick … Show Preview Pane.

From what i know the previw pane vunerablity is only an issue with Outlook express not Outlook 2000/XP.
