So I've going around looking for alternative to Net6 and IE6, and Opera6 came into the picture. Suppose to be real fast, but lacks some support in the add-on area. Anyone?

I'm using Opera 6 and in terms of add-ons, it's all good, quick time works as does flash. There are a few things that don't work like the news banner on the front page of this site but most things do work.
You can take cofort in the fact that the browser your using is fully complient with th IETFs HTML and XML standards and so if a site doesn't work on the browser, you can slate them for having poor web design.
IT's a very customisable browser, built in skinning and you can chose the classic MDI interface or on IE style interface. Yes there is an advert bar but it's nonintrusive and usually has decent stuff advertised on it anyway.
Try it for yourself, it's the only way you'll know if it's for you or not.

Fasinatingly huge amount of options, but still not as fast as IE. But if it's stable, it's a keeper.

Actually i've found Opera to be much faster and more responsive than IE. It's also more stable as far as i have seen, and when it does crash, it recovers very nicley by remebering all the web pages you had open at the time and then asking them if you want to re-load them.
