Detonator 4 Drivers: 21.80
mediaexplosion send word tha NVIDIA had included on the Windows 2000 downloads page that Detonator 4 drivers (21.80 is latest) will be available on Monday, September 10th.
Since the news was sent the page's on NVIDIA with Detonator 4 information have been removed, casting a little doubt as to whether they may be released on this date.
3dgpu managed to grab this information from the page before it was pulled.

Possibly the drivers were pulled because they are not WHQL certified, and NVIDIA tends only to include official, certified drivers.
