Just had to delete (CAD) a protein that was stuck on 83% for the past 3 days. It had 38 hits as well.

I am NOT amused.

I think i may have to do the same thing too, i've had one going for ages and i've given up on it. Which file do i need to delete?

You guys got no patience. Sometimes UD throws one at you like that.

I got a K6-2 300 running UD. Most proteins take around 10 hours on that machine.

Recently I got one took 230 hours. Was stuck on 97%, like, forever.

Lemme see, 230 hours, with computer shut downs and stuff, that took about two weeks.

When it eventually finished, I got around a thousand points.

So, gentlemen, it sometimes pays to stick with it.

Well what i might do is move the PC in question to anunused room in the house and let it run till it's done.

As they said in that song: 'It Will Be Worth It'.

Nice one, The Dog. Yup, give it a go, it does get there in the end. I too felt like giving up and that something had gone wrong, but it does eventually finish, in my experience of the thing.

That song btw is pretty old :( Showing my age here.

Three days is enough patience ... this baby flies ... sometimes it can take all day.

Oh well. Looks like that one'll get batted out to me then, somebody has to do them I suppose, even when they're tough...

I do understand it's all about choice though.
