I would be lost without mine.
It is smooth in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Me no use no Mouse, Emms

Have used them in the past Emms - for graphics, post-production paint boxes, fx etc, animation etc often come with tablets as part of the package - would be nigh on impossible to do without. They are the shizniz :) People who haven't tried don't know what they are missing, a shame coz they have really dropped in price.

Nope, but I'd seriously like one :)
One I have my eye on costs £80.00. Comes with a pad that plugs in the mouse port, leaving the mouse cordless, and a variable pressure pencil.
Trouble is, I need other things a bit more, so one day, one day....

Yeah, well spoken, me brethren...in me household, even me beloved cats aren't allowed to walk on it!!
Dog's too big to get up on the sacred desk.
Love the pressure sensitive settings...'cept once my employer called me up to ask why my renderings of his fish looked so angry.!!!
My, how the line doth speak.

I'd been thinking of getting a tablet for a few months now but knew nothing about them.

James, as we say in the South, Yer right welcome. Hope you love using yours as much as I love using mine...
Emms:) :smirk: :D
just keep your eyes on the screen...My monitor is 17" and me tablet is 12"x 12".
They both fit.
Can't justify getting the new model where you touch your monitor instead...

I've always wanted one, not that i'd use it that much i don't think. I doubt it would ever replace the mouse for me but i'd still love one to doddle with. It would have made designing the Team PC banner loads easier.
