I can't believe this crap they are getting away with. Rest assured their day will come...

Dressed in a natty gray suit and a patterned red tie, Lay said he could not answer questions, but still wanted to say: "I come here today with a profound sadness about what has happened to Enron, its current and former employees, retirees and other stakeholders."

How ironic is that? "I'm sad about Enron's workers but I don't want to incriminate myself"...sorry but you get BBF's :FU:

Thanks IA, for posting that article.
I have a hard time understanding the ease of the evils that affect so many.
I do find it hard to believe that Lay and wife are "financially" ruined...
there are alot of ways to hide money.
Even I know that- any person in a divorce is likely to find out about that magic trick!
He's FOS in my book.
I hate that so many people are foundering because of that debacle.
Ok, so there, I said it.

Oh, he's going to pay. Justice may be blind, and the legal system's totally corrupted, but street justice ain't. He's gonna get run over by a bus one of these days.
