This new version includes lots of improvements, new features and tweaks - it's a kind of major version update although just the minor version number has increased.
Here are the details:
Lots of new tweaks and a new tweak section added (Windows tweaks II)
New tweaks added to the modem tweaks and hardware tweaks section
Wanadoo and Tiscali modem tweaks added
Processor check-routine tweak added to the hardware tweaks
Fixes a problem with one of the cache tweaks
Changes to the CPU tweaks
Changes to the Ad-Blocker
Updated Ad-Blocker server list
Some changes to the optimization wizard
Updated language files
Lots of changes to the user interface
Smaller main executable
Smaller setup package
Changes to the internet updater
