Installing Ghost 2002 "Administrator won't allow"

I have been trying to install Ghost 2002 on a new computer I have built and I get a message similar to this. "Administrator has not set permissions to allow you to install programs.'

I am the administrator and I have been able to install other programs. Somewhere their must be an option I can set to allow me to install Ghost. Any ideas? Thanx

When you go to User Accounts, click on your picture, and click change my account type, is the green dot on Computer Administrator or Limited? And are there more than one account setup on your system?

Not aware of any "Green Dots" but under user account it has "Bart Williams" and underneath that "Administrator" Not to mention I have been installing numerous programs from cd's. I have no idea if at some point I changed a setting somewhere. I since have installed Roller coaster tycoon and several others froms cd with no problem.
