Wow. pretty intense stuff. But it does pay to be ready.
Think of Nostradamus...The first city destroyed in WWIII.
At the 49th parallel ? Now, was that 9/11 or what is to come ?
Well, nothing really new there – we’ve always been ready to do the unthinkable, in fact, we’re the only ones who’ve ever DONE the unthinkable. Twice.
What kinda bugs me about this list is seeing Russia’s name on it – Hell we’ve got troops in Georgia right now fighting the Chechyn rebels and working closely with Russia to “combat terrorism” – which I applaud. Historically Russia has been an ally of the US – It’s only been under the commies (since 1917) that they have been classified as our “enemy”. I don’t think they should be on that list. They could be, and are becoming, a good ally again . . . imo

Well, that's pleasant to know we'll be dominating the world in the near future under the command of our nobel prize nominated Prez Bush. *sigh* Wars and Distruction. And who do we blame it on? Not the master mind behind it all. Oh no, we have to drag everybody into the mess...

The latest:
White House officials made clear that the term "weapons of mass destruction" referred not just to nuclear bombs but also to chemical and biological weapons. Air Force Gen. Richard B. Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, included "high explosives" in his definition of the term.
The Pentagon report "simply states our deterrence posture, of which nuclear weapons are a part," Myers said on CNN's "Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer."
"This preserves for the president all the options that a president would want to have in case this country or our friends and allies were attacked with weapons of mass destruction, be they nuclear, biological, chemical or, for that matter, high explosives," Myers said.
Wow, does that mean we can nuke Brixton, after all that Reed guy was from there. High explosive tennis shoes.
On a more serious note, if you read carefully you will note that the missle defense is intended to give the US an umbrella under which it can launch a nuclear strike without fear of consequences. :dir:
Or how I learned to love the bomb. :bomb:
