Win 2K & GeForce 2 Ultra Video Card Issues

Hi guys...

I recently upgraded to Win 2K & have been experiencing a lot of isses with my GeForce 2 Ultra video card. A lot of the games I have tried so far (Empire Earth, Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds & Age of Empires 2) all lock up once the iniitial video portion of the games starts up. I am also experiencing some lock ups when attempting to run .mov files in Quick Time. I am assuming that this is either a Direct X or Nvidia driver issue. I have updated my system to Direct X 8.1. I have tried Nvidia drivers 23.11, 27.5 & 1.5.2 (from the MS site)...all give me the same lock up issues. I have also downloaded a registry update from AMD.com that is supposed to resolve specific issues with the AGP video card & AMD chips running Win 2K...but that didn't help either. Anyone have any ideas?
