AMD released there mobile XP chip based on .13 technology called the Thoroughbred. x-bit labs (http://www.xbitlabs.com/news/story.html?id=1019101859) has the article on the release and also on how you can't find any links about the athlon 4, just about the new XP mobile chips.
Mobile Athlon XP 1400+, 1500+, 1600+ and 1700+ cost $190, $250, $380 and $489 respectively. The first shipments of Mobile Athlon XP 1400+ and 1500+ have already been started, and the other two models should be available within this quarter.
