Philips have (officially) posted up a new WHQL certified WDM Driver for Windows 98SE, 2000 & XP (Though the Windows 2000 one isn't certified yet) for the PSC 703, 705 & 706 Soundcards.
Download Now (http://www.pcsound.philips.com/support.html), just select the appropriate Language from the drop-down menu
