ok, I give, is this a good program. By what I read it's a firewall, but is it anybetter than Zonealarm. I am curious because Ihave 2 fullyregestered copy's. Is it worth is or should I just leave well enough alone.
this is the version I have right here (http://www.sybergen.com/products/gate_ov.htm)

Your Welcome.

Just a note though, ZoneAlarm is Free. :D

Or if you need more power, then get ZoneAlarm Pro ($39 I think) I have no problems with Pro ... and ... have a lot more power over my network.

Never tried Sybergen's firewall, but I love their Internet Connection Sharing program.. SyGate is one of the BEST windows ICS systems I've ever used. Loaded it up on a lil p166 Win2k machine, sat in the corner, and forget it :) Works completly seamlessly for all the other machines in my house. I give their company a big Thumbs Up.

As far as firewalls go, I use Conseal PC Firewall on that same 2k box w/ SyGate. Very secure and gives user infinate options for choosing port access/blocking. A lil difficult to learn at first, but I love it.
