I couldnt pass up the price it was $129 after rebates.

You can never get too much hard drive space. Especially if you're like me and download everything in sight.

Damn, missed the chance to get the WD 8MB for $99. Oh well, maybe when the serialATA version comes out. It's a good thing JB doesn't have my acct on P2P, those divx will definitely fill up a HD in one sitting.

buncha pervs. :stoner1: Man, that's just overkill. How many GBs do you really need? Do you do massive video editing or graphic rendering work? I got a 30GB that's for backing up images of the two systems and maybe some MP3, but I'm really only using 3 HDs at any one time, with one of them interchangeable between the systems for storing VOB files that I'll be working on when I have time. Man, you guys are nuts.

I could definatly use more HD space.. Been thinking of picking up a 120 to stick in for more base storage.

I burn several CD's a week to keep some space cleared up, but I like to get ALL of a group or collection before burning it to CD.

NO it's not all pr0n. Currently there's about 12 gigs of Dragonball Z Episodes waiting to be burnt. Several other anime's.. Episodes of Lexx... A few Deep Space 9 Eps.. and lots of other stuff.

Thanks to a earlier post, I now have all the Microsoft Service Packs taking up about a gig too.. Who knows, they may come in useful some day, so I'll have them on CD ^_^

Me neither. You can never have too much of a good thing, and hard drive space is definitely a good thing.

:( Hopefully you can get at least some of the stuff back. Hopefully it wasn't your boot disk, so you can at least get back to work downloading everything ;)
