This was over at the ocstore.uk forums

"I had the idea for this project a few months back, it seemed every concevable idea regarding watercooling had allready been done and I love to do things differently ! I guess the thrill of being first or the thought of making something new is appealing and anyone who messes with watercooling will know exactly what i mean."

Not a bad idea if the fishtank actually worked as a radiator instead of just using it as a huge resivoir...

I liked my fishtank/bong cooling setup better! :D

Frying Tonight!

Great Idea as a radiator, Don't think the res idea would work :D

To they make fish friendly pumps?

Mag Drive pumps and a lot of other pumps are fish friendly if you have the pump submerged and the intake covered with the filter that they come with...

Most pumps used for watercooling are fish friendly anyway since their ment to be used in ponds or lager sized aquariums.

Ok what's the point of this fishtank cooler?? Man the things people do sometimes to cool.

And isn't the water filled with bacteria and fish poo?

Man, don't you know? Bacteria and fish poo increase turbulance, the champion of water cooling.

Large reservoirs tend to help with heat dissipation which improves the radiator's ability to remove heat from the water; however, using a fish tank is somewhat overkill..... :beatsme:
