Can't connect to UD or messenger.....Router problem?

I have an SMC 7004BR router using firmware 1.95n. Yesterday my messenger stop connecting. Now my machines won't connect to UD. I haven't done anything so I'm stumped.

I also tried updating the firmware and that's not working either. It's telling me "invalid upgrade file".

Am I missing something obvious?

Reload the firmware upgrade,it did'nt take ;)

I was using a downgrade file..........duh. Anyway, got it upgraded and still didn't work. But it looks like it was my ISP since this morning it seems to be working fine.

UDers are back online.
