It may sound silly, but the fact thjat this lawsuit has happened has pretty much put the kebosh on corporate rollouts for Linux clients. I know this because my company has issued a corporate wide freeze on Linux IMage development. My team maintains several linux systems and differnt flavors, but they are for an R&D client(read software developer), who has purchased development rights, and obtained a SCO wavier, so we were able to do "beta" images for them. And, let me tell you, most of them sucketh under hard loads, but that's because we cannot get any maintenance
beyond that of the "beta" entitlement wavier :witupid:

So, I'll be glad to see it resolve itself.. If it does..

Yes M,but that loss is nothing to the Emipre!

They will most likely never be charged, for "Conspiracy, with SCO,to bring to ruin a compeating OS.That would, oneday, cost them "Billion's".

TOP IT OFF,they will write it off as a business loss and get it all back as tax credit's.

There is no end to Evil.

SCO needs to learn a basic business premise very quickly - Adapt, or Die!

Hell, they didn't learn when they were Caldera, what makes you think that they can change their 'spots' now????

BTW, I bought Caldera Linux. Still got it around here somewhere. Never did get it to work for me.
Maybe I otta revisit it. LOL

Poor SCO... their servers are succumbing to denial of service attacks.

Attack on SCO's servers intensifies (rss.com.com/2100-7355_3-5120706.html?part=rss&tag=feed&subj=news)

My heart pumps purple piss for em.
