www.monarchcomputer.com, place where i bought most of my first system, there setup is good for tech support, it seems like it should be clear to them what the problem is and that they'll be johney on the spot with it, and help you out, you fill out a form, then you wait for only 2 days or so, finally they write you a letter, oh and they don't know what the hell you are talking about, write a letter trying to better explain it, wait 2 days, response, "we think we can read, but were not sure, there is a mouse here that snuck into the office, and he tells me what to type, what was your problem again?", response, by this time your loading the shotguns and making sandwitches for the car trip to the company, 2 days later, unsaid," its been over a week, do you have any idea what the hell this guy is talking about, " other tech, "no man, lets just send it to hardware, " 1st tech," ya good idea , we know nothing, " , what is said to you, "after careful analysis we have decided to examine your product and check it for deficiecies which it may or may not have, here is your rma#," then you mail it , wait for a month or two, and finally get back a fresh mobo, since i broke mine, god i hate those people, lurch

www.packardbell.com :D
Acer.com sucks monkey balls. You have to go all over sweet hell to find anything of any use so you can RMA something. ( I have done it enough and still have a hard time looking up things).
crapaq, will have to agree with you on that one. I don't know which is worse the product or the site.

i think nothing is worse than the hp products, its funny that them and compaq got together, its like a match made in hell, hey we suck, there are two compaqs in my house, my parents bought one and my liltle brother bought another one, both presarios both crap, in the family one you can't even enter the bios, its not an option, its slow , it sucks, then HP, crappy like compaq but with the added greatness that there cases were designed by a retired show box maker, can they be any smaller, tried to do a ram upgrade on one for younger brother's friend, i saw the corner of one of the ram sticks, the 5.25 and 3.5 drive areas take up most of the space, then is a mess of wires, the power supply and a tiny gap at the bottom, the case air movement is so beyond horrible that there is an 80mm case fan ducted right onto the processor to stop it from exploding, what a piece of crap, well now that i've destroyed matz thread, i'll leave :) lurch

I'd have to go with PC Chips. It has ever driver you could ever want but finding the right one is a nightmare, especially if you havent got the Motherbaord code and revision!

Not exactly a tech site, but beware buying anything from www.ebuyer.com
They're cheap, and I've actually bought a lot of stuff from them, but it recently took me 5 weeks to RMA a faulty stick of RAM.
They promised 5 - 10 days. Crap :goog:
