    Post Your Protein Photo Please

I've lost count of how many different proteins are out there. Is it 6? Or 5? I'll start with the one I'm working on.

    Subject: Tyrosine Kinase (q3)

Sweet link IA, but they aren't exactly in full color. No worries, I'll fill you guys in on all the proteins in full color if I do see them all.... At least I know how many proteins we are targeting now.

BTW, a faster chip doesn't seem to help much, well at least not as fast one would hope. Doing 1.7GHz, and after 17hrs @ 36%.

Looks like an old friend has revisited...the Superoxide Dismutase. I'm returning results once every 2 hours with this bad boy. Got to love it!! Good riddance to the Tyrosine

The current protein I'm working on (see picture on top) is killing my 1.7G system. Running 44hrs @ 89% w/o a hit. Looks like it'll hit 50hrs tonight. Damn.

After 52 torturous hours, my system has finally finished crunching the damn protein on top and received this baby. Positive and Negative exposure.

    proteins, baby, proteins

I got one of them that the stoner had as well. 79%; 48.5 hours so far; 1.2 @ 1.32 Ghz.

I prefer the longer ones myself, 'cos I'm too dumb to figure out how that Monitor thingie works, so I can just leave it chuggin' away and then upload once every two or three days and get loadsa loadsa points

Wooo hooo!!! Thanks James. That about sums it up for the new set of proteins. I wonder if UD will cycle back to some of the older proteins?

BTW, UD's kept feeding me "Cyclooxygenase-2", anyone else?

This protein has been stuck on 26% for around 3 weeks now, does anyone know why?

Damn, your pic just killed my 56K broadband. :stoner1: Yeah, the bitch you have is well... a bitch to work on. They'll suck the juices outta your CPU and will come back for more. BTW, what kinda chip are you running it on?

Do you logoff or restart your computer? If so, you start back at the beginning of that percentage. You've encountered the marathon molecule. Leave the UD agent running to get over the % and then you can shut down or do as you please. It can take long...sometimes multiple days!

    I have a Athlon 550Mhz, 256MB of SDRAM.

I'm going to leave it on all night, see if that works.
