Just upgraded my son's K6/2-400 to a KT7A version 1.3 with my old Duron 600 @ 933.
I didn't want to change out the memory, so I went with the trusty old KT7A. Newegg has them for $67 and these versions are XP and Thoroughbred compatible![]()

I still use my K6-2 its one of the only boards that I can't kill (and I have tried). good to see the fleet expand, so when are you building your new rig(usually for me once I start to upgrade one, the rest follow soon after

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.

I currently own a KR7A-133R, KT7A, and KT7A version 1.3. All are great overclockers and very stable. As a matter of fact, all my Abit boards have been stable and I've never had an RMA. I have built over 10 machines using Abit boards and NEVER had a problem with them. Oh well, I guess I've just been lucky.............NOTOriginally posted by James
