I'm 46 but mileage is 46 yrs and 9 months (womb time does count).

On my last 4 forums most of the members were in the 40-60 yr range. That used to surprise me as I always assumed the 'net was populated mainly by horny 12 yr olds. Imagine by disappointment.

Then I found IA.

Flops, my friend, you are sweet, but I don't mind being 55...took lots of pain and agony

to get to this age. Hot weather, cold weather, rain, snow and just general orneriness make me say 'ouch' nearly everyday...but at least I'm here

...just wish Ma Nature was much kinder in other ways.

IA...just you wait til you get to the 'Golden Oldies'... *picturing IA doing his :IAdj: to "Roll Me Over In The Clover", and "Goodnight, Irene" and all those other 'oldies'*

Also, IA...you just might be able to catch up to some of them thar turtles you been golfing with...and they end up using you for their golfball cleaner...

Darcs...I've been reading, but not posting...am on daughter's pc right now (3:30PM)...my pc is fscked up due to Systemworks2002/firewall2002...can't complete systemworks2002 (Antivirus part) installation cuz something always gets fscked up...so am w/o security and firewall...tempting fate here, but am letting UD run w/o a firewall

And did all those cigs solve your Norton problem? Didn't think so. They actually made it worse by raising your already aggravated blood pressure.

Tis but a minor setback, Lons. Climb back up on that wagon (you already have, haven't you?). Give your lungs a chance to heal, then that next cig will hurt too much for you to want to smoke it.

BTW, I heard on the news the other night that 1-2 cigs a week can cause just as much damage as 1 pack a day.
