Miller: rad is on top of power supply? How about a shot of that?
Is that a complete watercooling kit or you put it together yourself?
Also, whats the cable from the video card to the PCI card, one of those Matrox daughterboard setups ?
Oh ya, better post mine in here. Those Lian Li monsters would eat it for breakfast:
![]()
Here's a shot of the radiator...
The cable from the video card to the to DVD hardware decoder is to help playback...I think
I have used it with and without the cable and nothing seems to change but its supposed to be there.![]()
As for the watercooling stuff I put it together as parts...
I bought the waterblock from dangerden.com and the radiator from OCH.com (not very good dont buy from them).
And I bought a 350gph Mag drive and put it in a underground conduit box. I think its working out pretty good, would be better with a copper radiator though.![]()
Here's mine:

I didn't know u were an Intel man too DSMF
btw, great pics - lighting was perfect
Looks like a *lotta* work went into that Anthony, coz it's paid off a very neat and tidy finish with lots of decorative detailing. Those neon fan lighs look funky too![]()
Anothony, love the light i your case. Gives it a very christmasy feel.
nice job man.... i have one of those antec light fans bodged onto my thermalright sk6.....
do you monitor the speeds on those ? i've found it to be less than relaible.
mine with my new kt3 ultra.. it was a no-cost upgrade because i wanted a board with bluetooth capability and the potential to go beyond the limits of the k7t-266pro2-ru
this isn't a raid one... i thought i'd try going back to a single drive just to see how much slower it was ... needless to say i kept the k7t just in case
please excuse the messiness... i haven't finished tracking everything yet.
Anthony, great job, thats a case to be proud of for sure.
M I'm liking that fan, not just the color but it must do a good job of cooling. I have an sk7 being delivered and had thought of putting a 92 on a diagonal like u have so I would be interested in how you have it attached, I can't tell from the pic.
Damn fine job Anthony!
Is -5 under full load?
M,i know someone with that same board.
Should have named it KT3Ultra Stable, never a hic.
This is a very good example,of why the tech requests are going down on all Tech sites,Rock Fusking Solid.![]()
Time for a cheapass update, too many LianLis/rackmounts in here
Case+ps: $20, LED fan:$12, Vinyl dye:$5 and 45min to paint.
Just got an indentical case from the trash, something to work on over the holidays![]()
And one with the flash on, shows the hard drive fan mod (and wires, and dust bunnies)![]()
the black looks much nicer prod, makes the case look more expensive then the 20 bucks hehe
hey F1, are those two Deltas powering the duallie...my god, i can only imagine the noise
Dra, why u get SK7 and not SLK800?
I just have the fans attached to the case with the standard plastic fasteners that came with the Lian-Li. Any regular 1 1/2 inch bolt would work. As for the temp, it actually sucks. My Vapochill is approaching it's cooling limits. I have the first-generation original Vapochill that I have been running for the past two years. Vapochill has made many improvements since then. I have a brand-new second-generation Vapochill PE on order and on the way from Denmark to replace what I have now. Once I get it running, I should be seeing temps below -20C and a much better overclock. If anyone is interested, I just posted a Vapochill/Lian-Li conversion guide on my website. Here is the URL: http://www.oc-athlonxp.com/vapo-li.htm
Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks Martz, that'll be the way I go then.
IA I splained why in shuttle thread, too lazy too type it again.![]()
Thought I'd post some pics of my new Antec Performance plus case, no modding done to it but it's performing really good atm.
Inside the case
And of some fans and HSF.
Temps on this are.
Idle:
CPU: 37C
Chassis: 26C
Full Load:
CPU: 43
Chassis: 28
Here is the Antec SLK3700AMG. Not a bad little case for $77 from Newegg. I like 120mm fan mounts!
It comes with 1 120mm, a door over the 5.25 bays, a 350 watt Antec SL350 PS, removable HDD cage, front USB and Firwire ports. Comes in that killer charcoal grey color with a finish you have to see to believe. I don't think build quality is quite as good as the Performance Seies, but for the money I'm very happy with it!
I added a high output Sunon 120mm , moving the Antec fan to the front. It's housing an Asus nForce2 board, XP2400+, SLK-800, 1024 MBs of XMS PC3200C2 and a WD 60 GB 7200 RPM HDD.
Here are my insides

IA!!!!
That is just so weird!
I was stressin' 'cause there is some, "ahem" discontinuity? to the posts in this thread, like references to F1 (DSMF) and pics that aren't here, then I started checking the dates, and REALLY got confused. Then I took a gander at Lauries thread
http://www.bitbenderforums.com/vb22/...threadid=53070
And understand perfectly now. Sheesh!![]()
It is harder and harder to make a case to a weary and dismayed population that the Western way of life as managed by the Anglosphere ought to be spread around the world at the point of a gun.

here:
"I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell"
... its a little bit funkier
Here's a fairly general inside shot. Since in here thread LP was asking for details on the internals here ya go (from the top):
MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU mobo.
XP1900+ cooled by a Coolermaster HeatPipe HSF
Geforce DDR Video card (in AGP slot)
MSI D-Bracket (2x USB ports + D-LED)
Matrox MGA Mystique220 (PCI slot 2) -> drives my secondary monitor
Netgear FA310TX NIC (PCI Slot 3)
Soundblaster Live! 5.1 (PCI Slot 4)
PCMCIA-> PCI Adapter (PCI Slot 5) -> There's a Lucent WaveLAN card in it at the moment
MSI USB 2 bracket
...cos it looks pretty!
yo kk, did you do the window yourself?
alright, 0-60 is gonna crucify me but here's my latest creation in full effect. Lazer LED in the front bezel.
and a cold cathode on the side. that's about the extent of my light show, no color fans for me.
IA is now officially a GEEK.
These were his own words not mine.
....gave proof through the night that our flag was still there
0-60 jes jealous. Alright, here's my latest with a shiny new AMD EL Applique from TweakMonster...yeah baby yeah
Still working on it![]()
