Knowing you're a big smut fan, I chose 19" monitor, so you don't have to scroll to see "everything".

    Question is:

What do you need more really?

If you are using a smaller monitor right now, I say 19" or even 21"

I would wait for XP to git its kinks and bugs QA'd by the general public first

aw man.... go for the bigger monitor... i just moved up from a 17" iiyama to a 21" iiyama, and the new monitor is beautiful to work with.... good for porn as well, especially at 1600x1200 or higher

windows xp.... sorry, didn't you mean "windows for ho's"... hmmm... no thanks, i'd wait a year!

Disk space is always good, but unless you're really running out, save up for more next.......

Im not running out of disc space,I just want to get a new HDD for XP so I can keep my 2 other HDD's for my current configuration.
XP is going to cost me $435+ the IBM 60giger $455,and I think 19"monitors are around the $900 dollar mark.Would like to get a 21" but they are around $2000

    Cool the monitor

I'd go for the Monitor, makes a big difference and makes time spent in front of your computer more of a pleasure.

Then, if it were me, I'd save up for the HDD and PM Lurch or BobBeezer

However, if you do insist on buying XP, like the other guys I'd say wait a while, at least until the first service pack has been released. And believe me, there will be a service pack in a few months or so after XP's release

I was gonna get me a 19" Monitor a coupla months ago, settled on a Iyama, but then the car needed fixing big time and work dropped off I'm still saving me pennies...

I was going to make a comment along the lines of "So, your actually planning to pay for XP "

But since everyone has beten me too it i'd advice you to get the monitor. The Iliyama 451(i think thats the model) is the best i've seen and everyone who reviws it seems to like it.

Hey skamp difficult one - if you're running win2k (which I don't think you are?) then definately go for the 19" monitor, as win2K users have least to gain from XP.

If your running win98 that's a closer draw as it's such an unstable OS compared to NT/WIN2K/XP.

Mmmm... difficult - I think I would also go for the monitor, I just love the Real Estate in a large monitor.

In your situation, I'd prolly say the Monitor... Although I usually rally for the HD Space primarily. I think the monitor would be of more use in the long run.
