Question Anyone Notice Change In WU Size?

Has anyone noticed a change in the size of WU's? Seems like the downloads were a couple of thousand bytes and now they are a couple of hundred thousand bytes. I have 3 WU's in UD Mon right now and the ones I got yesterday show 14kb & 16kb and the one I just downloaded was 65kb. Has anyone noticed a time difference?

Posted: Tue Jun 01, 2004 8:22 pm Post subject: New cancer protein HSP90 (1osf)

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A new cancer protein has been activated along with the new LigandFit task module that was previously activated in the Smallpox task. This protein is an additional protein that Oxford would like to run for cancer. The protein is HSP90 Human Hsp90 In Complex With 17-Desmethoxy-17-N, N- Dimethylaminoethylamino-Geldanamycin. Also referred to as 1osf.

Timings for this new protein are averaging 25 minutes per ligand on a P4 1.5 GHz. This of course may vary from workunit to workunit. Workunits are 60 ligands in size. Time outs have been set at the 14day and 21 day normal setting.

The protein file will be ud_7162122.

The new task module and graphics dll are as follows

    ud_7174683.exe (task module)
    ud_7174684.dll (graphics dll)

    Thank You
    Paul

All mine have the 60 ligand WU's, except one cruncher that had been offline all day due to the heat - it's finishing up a 20 ligand WU right now - and another one that's been down since last week.

Sure not a lively place around here anymore. I miss the old days...
