Server outages at 1:00am UTC 7/2/04. Outage period is expected to be 2 hours. Not all services will be down this entire time.

Dont know what UTC time is though.

Thanks, Patty, I just spent acouple of hours on the phone walking youngest daughter thru some pc problems ( fun, eh?) when I came back the agents had connected....really appreciate you taking the time to look into it......you're such a good girl

Luckily (I guess), my one pc with net linkage issues has a monster WU it's been working on for some time now...still crunchin' away, but only 24% left...I hope UD comes back up soon...the other two (both bigger and faster) are completed, but blinking like Y'all's is

At this writing, UTC was 10:55 A.M.
Eastern US Daylight Savings Time was 06:55 A.M.

Check your UD Monitors. Besides about the 4th, there was another interuption the 15th. I expect a spike in my results today due to my periodic UD Monitor inspection.
