    Spider Solitaire Probs

I'm running a AMD Thunderbird 1400, with 512mb DDR RAM, QDI DDR Kudoz 7 m/b, sound blaster live 1024, PCI Modem, NVidia GEForce 2 64mb v/c

I'm having problems when running spider solitaire on windows ME. When the cards are dealt the animation is really slow and while the cards are moving it appears to slow the whole system down too. This can be corrected by disabling card animation through the menu options, but the same effect can be seen in other windows games.

Any ideas of how I can stop this?

    Cheers,

That is an odd one Bro...did you recently change drivers? There maybe a switch in their that may need enabling?

Sorry all, it was me that posted that question about Spider Solitaire, not 'The Slayer'. Somehow my PC logged in as him.

After doing some research, it appears that the majority of Gateway machines do it, along with all Intel 810 Chipset boards and loads of other PCs, and its an official problem on the Microsoft website! This isnt a gateway machine, but still has the same problem. Weird...

I have no idea how to fix it, and with the sounds of it neither does anybody else!

    Ta,

    Cool HELLO BLACKNIGHT

I have no idea how to fix it, and with the sounds of it neither does anybody else?
Simple answer ... nope ... it is defiantly an "MS Bug" ... if it makes you feel any better my 1gig KT7 Raid does the same thing, while Lady Muck's 450 does not.
