I'm at the point that I hope, REALLY hope, that Apple gets prison raped in every litigation that comes their way. They thoroughly deserve it.
Power is something that should be given to those who need it to serve and withheld from those who seek it to rule.
Indeed, Apple is going to be sorry now. (This is a much more valid patent than their stupid rounded corners and scroll bars and will have merit not only in the U.S.)

I read this morning that it costs $8 to make each iPhone at its Chinese factory. Probably, Apple needs to change its name to AppleSoft.
