Most hits in UD

The question's simple, if you are running UD, what's the most hits you got out of one unit?

Reason I brought this up is 'cause I got 62 hits for the current unit, 3% to go, which is 10x the amount I usually get. I'm sure a lot of you folks got a lot more hits than I, so let's see them figures.

I just had a huge one today where it got 153 hits...surprised the hell out of me when I saw it.

I remember I had one with about 214 hits when the Proteins use to consistently have mad hits!

Now a days, those a rare indeed. Hits are a good thing though...because it means the molecules have a stimulus response with the target protein..IOW....potential cure!!

About a week ago i turned in my cable modem and went back to dialup so i didn't really get to see what hits were happening. I haven't seen more than 36 or so hits. I had one that got upto 94% in about 2hrs and then finished after 14hours :rollin:
I used to get on the high side of 67% with the network card and cable modem, with a soft 56k modem i get 100% with only one score down at 14% score, and i changed my connection profile...hmmmm

Now back to the topic - Nismo. Damn, I love this car. Been saving for it since '99. However, since the introduction of the new 2002 Subaru WRX, I'm having second thoughts. I mean, just check out the specs on the WRX. 0-60 in 5.7 sec. And it comes at the cost of less than $23K. No doubt the best low budget sports car available. But in any case, I'll eventually get a GT-R, some day.

BTW, good reading on the two links. Have no idea Skyline came from a company called Prince.

Read an article on Road & Track a few months back on a JAP GT-R, and another article recently on a totally modified HSK GT-R. Nasty.

Apart from the ones gained with a mirror, credit card and a rolled up ten pound note, the most hits I ever got was around 155.

As I recall, I think it may have been Skamp who got several hundred one time, but I may be wrong.

had 226 one time, almost peed myself, (but didn't luckily) took 12 hours to process with 1.5 ghz with 150x10 set speed, i think the progy slows down the more hits you get or so it seems to look more carefully, the fasted that i've finished a set is with no hits in 24 minutes. lurch

Finally got settled into the new homested:o

I just did a unit, a superoxide dismutase and got over 274 hits and took 36+ hrs to complete. It got upto 44% after 6hrs and then i checked it after 16hrs and it was still on 44%, try sleeping next to a computer with a Delta fan doing 7000rpm, i couldn't stop it cuase it would have had to start over again at 44%,that one almost hurt me, and i thought 950mhz was fast, well anyways its done and i got good points for it but i hope it doesn't happen again.

Amstoned, i went for a drive in a new Altima V6, man thats a mover car, not my favourite type of car, a Skyline GT-R would be nicer but that thing can really move ya, blows the doors of any car in its class and very roomy.

Nah, it's just easier for one's mind to visualize what proteins they are working on.

I've been noticing the latest string of molecules have been giving some mad hits, especially with the SuperOxide Dimutase :)

I think they are the same molecules way back when...probably getting more statistical data.
