Members of Team PC...

Our production is going strong and let's congratulate everyone for their hard work!

We have passed our first challenge, Icrontic, about 3 weeks ago and we have increased our cushion between them to over 20 positions for the last two weeks....Binary is losing sleep :P

Well not really...but since we are comfortably ahead of them now, (#234 vs, #267)...what say we look for a new challenge while we keep Icrontic at bay?

First of all, holy shit, Google.com just changed their search style 5 minutes ago. It's similar to AltaVista.com with the image search now.

Hey Team...Icrontic may have raised the "white flag" since they seem to be hopping onto the Folding project now. That may be a pretty interesting Folding battle between FOC and Icrontic! Don't know if they are gonna maintain two project teams from now on or what but that pretty much gives us a cushion to find a new Team challenge, if their efforts are redirected towards folding.

So chime in with your inputs!

LOL. Looks like it. IC has a big thread discussing big players leaving the UD team. And yes, they're talking about switching over to Folding a very diversed program targeting a load of shit. I'll stick with speicalizing on Cancer, thank you. One thing caught my attention though. For some season, while a lot of IC members want to join Folding, the program pretty whack up to install. Thus, there are less than a handful of players.

we're still getting the odd "hey what about" tho..
i agreed to help them get started out..which i did..but have returned my rigs to "my other team"..
i don't think they've thrown in the UD towel yet tho..(not that those were my intentions..)
someone posted a poll about different crunching programs and it took off from there..
with so few members tho..i do think they have a very good chance of climbing the ladder really quickly, but there will be a point when they'll slow down to a steady maintaining level..


and ya..XP does seem to pose a problem, tho differently in each occasion..

Hey DA...I think what you did with helping out Leo get interest in starting another Folding team for Icrontic was great. As I have said before, there are more then enough computers in the world to be distributed and donated across all the DC projects out there!

Well I hope they aren't throwing in the UD towel yet...if I know Binary's character at all, he will still be burning the midnight oil if he's the last one standing! Just wished they would put up more of a fun fight against poor old Team PC :)

It would be pretty funny if we merged our computing power and go after a huge challenge like AMDZONE...but that's not gonna happen, so....

thanx IA..just tryin' to do my part..

if just one cure can be brought to light by what we've all become aspired to work towards, then it is all worth it..

no matter what resource is chosen, the end results hopefully gained are what's important..

and i will continue to enlighten those less inspired or knowledgable, that yes, there is something that you can do..you can try..

and regardless of what team you participate with, or what avenue you choose to take..the goal sought is still the same..

I'm gonna stick to UD until the project ends ;)
My tactic is to stay faithful to this project and continue when other people give up, and I'll come out victorious in the end :D

DA: if you wanna quit, do so, but I would like to keep you on the team (no hard feelings at all (seriously))

IA: Guess I have to start pimping my team more active to keep up with you guys.... just wish I had the same machine-park as you have.
